Do this class after you are comfortable completing Pilates: Beginner Level 1 Class 2 and before you move onto Pilates: Level 2 Class 2. Kim has created these classes to build upon one another as you get stronger and become more comfortable and experienced with the core strength that pilates teaches you as you progress.

Wow! This class was pretty challenging for me halfway through. I could definitely feel the burn! The class structure isn't impossible though, as Kim allows you to relax between difficult exercises.
