Pilates: Level 2 Class 1
Do this class after you are comfortable completing Pilates: Beginner Level 1 Class 2 and before you move onto Pilates: Level 2 Class 2. Kim has created these classes to build upon one another as you get stronger and become more comfortable and experienced with the core strength that pilates teaches you as you progress.
I keep coming back to this class, it is such a great core and abs workout!
