This class came exactly at the right point in time for me! I had my fifth child 8 days ago and was looking for a class focusing more on re-engaging the pelvic floor, after starting (and enjoying) Fijis postnatal classes for the last days - this is a perfect addition to DYWMs postnatal classes! Thank you for the very exact instructions and a still more nourishing than energy consuming class. Can only recommend for other new moms!
