This year April asks us to embrace the warming weather and greening outdoors with a more somber, reflective attitude. Solitary woodland walks replace frisbee in the park. Tending to the garden instead of dinner with friends on the patio. Without the allure of social engagements or the pressure of social expectations, we have the opportunity to explore quiet, meaningful moments. Seize them. As unsettling and uncomfortable as things have been (and will continue to be for some time), they are WHAT IS. Don't succumb to solitude.... SURRENDER to it. Utterly. Completely. Deeply. See what quiet gifts await you within the silence.

Yoga for Kids: Be Your Own Teacher
Yoga for Kids | 14 min | Beginner I
Instructor: Guy Friswell
This  fun and creative class is ideal for kids ages 7 to 12. Guy is accompanied by two young assistants and share a 10-step process for designing your very own yoga class! This is a fantastic activty for children and caregivers to practice together. Have a blast!

Yoga for Kids: Move and Stretch
Yoga for Kids | 20 min | Beginner I
Instructor: David Procyshyn

Focused at kids ages 6 through 14, David approaches moving and stretching your body with fun and creativity in mind. Utilizing colorful imagery, exciting animals, intentional breathing and mindfulness, David guides purposeful movement, while encouraging focus and relaxation in both body and mind.

Gentle Yoga | 35 min | Beginner I
Instructor: Melissa Kreiger
The first class in Melissa's 7-Day Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge is Basics and Breath. It is a full body, gentle practice that introduces the fundamental yoga postures and how to link your breath to your core. 

Guided Meditation | 21 min | Beginner I
Instructor: Nyk Danu
This peaceful practice is ideal for a promoting a good night's rest as well as for dealing with stress. Lie down, get comfortable and let Nyk guide you through a full body scan that will relaxa you from head to toe. 
Hatha Yoga | 20 min | Beginner II
Instructor: Guy Friswell
In this quick class, Guy presents three salutation sequences: The Salute to All Directions. The salute to the Gods and Goddesses and The Salute to the Moon. Use any one or all three of these sequences to begin your practice. 
Yin Yoga | 60 min | Beginner II
Instructor: Satiya Channer

This is much more challenging a practice than you might be expecting from Satiya. It's anchored in a slow, gentle flow, but features several intermediate postures. She starts the moderate tempo Yang practice first with standing postures, getting the body nicely warmed up, before working down towards the floor where the poses are held for a longer duration. On the floor, the breath slows, and you  settle into a deep stillness.

Jivamukti Yoga | 33 min | Advanced
Instructor: Jonni-Lyn Friel
Jonni-Lyn develops your courage throughout this Jivamukti-inspired backbend practice. Strengthen, open and expose yourself to backbends that are not common in one's everyday practice. 
Arm Balances for the Birds
Vinyasa Yoga | 31 min | Advanced

This zippy vinyasa class will work through a number of arm balances, while keeping your energy high and your breath smooth!

This yoga class for kids (and families!) helps everybody get ready for bed and a good night's rest! Developed for children ages 5-12, this practice develops methods kids can use to calm their busy minds, while relaxing their bodies and diminishing anxiety.

Prepare for rest with this nurturing gentle practice. Utilizing breathwork, gentle stretches and easy flow, Rachel calms the nervous system and ensures that you will drift into a deep and restful sleep.

In this full-body slow flow class, Guy combines a multitude of techniques from his popular "slow-flow" series, offering a complete and challenging full-spectrum practice. 
Slow Flow: From Yang to Yin

Guy plays with the polarities of activation and relaxation in this Yang-into-Yin slow-flow class. Beginning with a series of warming movements, it flows into standing postures and then drops to the floor for a gentle sequence of cooler Yin positions.

Find and maintain a neutral spine with Ron as you play with forward folds, twists, side-bends and balancing postures.
Vinyasa Yoga | 54 min | Intermediate II

Twist the inside out in this playful vinyasa class from Andrea. Engage your core and draw vital energy inwards to create the sensation of lightness and lift in your twisting postures.
Vinyasa Yoga | 36 min | Intermediate III

Discover space in the outer hip and IT band in this challenging vinyasa flow from Fiji. Ideal for athletes, this practice will leave your hips cooing!
