What a great class! I usually don't like wheels (my body doesn't like the position)but first time I do it without problems, and the baby wheel is a new fav.

This class is has all the important elements - one of my favorite classes on the site. More advanced classes from Joni, please!
I really enjoyed this class, great pacing and it was both calming and invigorating. I'll definitely be doing more of Jonni-Lyn's classes!
