Join Alyssa Jean in this calming yoga practice for kids and families that will help slow down the quick moving thoughts, so that we can come back to the present. We begin slow, gentle breathing, which alone can calm anxiety. Alyssa Jean also explores balancing postures for focus, warrior postures for empowerment and finishes with restorative postures for a sense of lasting calm.
