In this 25 minute vinyasa flow class, Jonni-Lyn guides you through a few different headstand (sirsasana) variations, including finding full lotus while upside down. There's a fun transition from headstand II, to chutaranga included. Watch for it and remember to flex your feet if you are going to give it a try. To cool down the nervous system, the class ends with shoulder stand and variations.

Definitely advanced however it was fun and playful. And, holding the inversions did make me feel different afterwards.
