In this beginner introduction class, Nyk gently guides you through supported poses and long holds so that you can recharge your batteries and calm your nervous system. Note: This practice requires quite a few props. You will need 2 bolsters, 2 blocks, 2 blankets, 2 bricks, a strap and an eye pillow is optional.
