Wow! My first class wth Jonni Lynn, and a new style of yoga for me . This was short but packs a lot in, and while some of the poses are way beyond me, it was still great fun. Thank you!

Hi Jonni Lyn,

This class was so much fun! And oddly relaxing, even though I couldn't do the scorpion and pincha moves. I wanted to say though, that both times you instruct us on flipping the lizard, you say to go to the right. So I am not sure, even though I watched the video again, if you meant to say left the second time around? If you could clarify, that would be helpful. Thank you so much!

Hi Anna,
Good catch! I actually got confused too, when I was doing it (upside down...fliping over...trying to talk...it got confusing!) I had to do a re-take and must have said it wrong. If you are with your left leg over your head, flip left. Right leg, flip right. I love this class as well. So glad you had fun!
