Thank you Melissa. I loved the option of crossing the legs sitting on the floor for a deeper stretch vs. lying on the back. I had never made that connection before in any yoga class. It was explained perfectly.
Also overall, very clear instructions.

A really nice class. Thank you, Melissa! There is a lot of flexibility in choosing asanas offered. The only caveat is that this flexibility comes at the expense of breathing instructions since people may find themselves in different positions. Personally, I would enjoy more breathing prompts.

Melissa's gentle guidance is always such a treat. Her honesty and openness about variations and comfort being at the centre of the practice are welcome on those days when the body just needs a little more love.

Thank you Melissa.

I realized partway in that I'd forgotten to check this one off. So glad I did it twice. It felt great, and I was able to do more this time.

This 2022 challenge really is a challenge for me - some of the higher intermediate classes really push my limits. i found this class great for loosening up the tightness from the last few days.

Melissa's teaching style is always so calm and gently encouraging - one of the main reasons I'm still showing up today since beginning my yoga journey. Thank you!

Thank you Melissa a really lovely flow for any time of day. I love how you enable students to make the practice their own, suggesting adaptions and being so aware that everyone of us is different and there are days when we are more comfortable with a different take on an asana . I always come away from your classes feeling a little better about myself and my ability.

Great class! It´s nice o get to know different teachers during this challenge. I especially like that you are encouraging throughout the class to feel what is best in the moment and to accept it. This gives the practice so much gentleness, which I need as I tend to be too hard on myself - on the mat and in normal life. Thank you!
