Sometimes I love adding 10 minutes on to another work out and this was perfect to add after a slow flow yoga.
I'm really surprised by the lack of welcome here! I hate to leave such a negative review, but the beginning just left me feeling really icky. I felt shamed for even trying to squeeze this in while my baby naps.
Agree with prior comments that a welcoming rather than negative approach would have been preferable. I think it's great that I was able to get 10 minutes in rather than not at all.
I really like that there are just a few moves to remember. I can easily do this from memory and do it more than once for a longer workout.
