I found this class to be a bit too long for my schedule and, was wondering if there was a possibility of getting a shorter 30-40 minute version with all the poses still available in the practice. The shorter version would be ideal for busy moms or working women to devote time to (easier to carve out 30-40 minutes to do it, instead of not doing it all because of the length). Other than that, it was a very relaxing class. Thank you!

This is the first time I did this class. Look what I have been missing!! I love the breathwork, the intentions, the closing prayer, all of the poses and instructions infused with information! Thank you so very much, Sarada, for this beautiful classic yoga class! I will be doing it often!

Disappointed to find an even more advanced Pilates class in this yoga challenge. I am sure that it is a good class/ instructor if you have some Pilates experience, but this is completely unsuitable for novices. I am finding this whole challenge very disjointed and inconsistent, which is a shame because I have enjoyed the progression of other challenges .

This practice felt complete even in a short time, and it left me energized and bright. Love the breath work to start. The pace and challenge are just right for me first thing in the morning - not too sleepy, not too fast.

Amazing practice! I've been doing Fiji's power yoga classes since longer I can remember :-) but now it was the first time to come back since I started the DYWM's YTT program some six weeks ago and I noticed a huge change in specially in body awareness but also strength, flexibility and overall good feeling doing the practice....so I can definitely place a small advertisement here for the program: it's amazing even if you just want to deepen your practice to a totally new level.
