In spite of the shapes that I can't achieve due to my flexibility and body proportions, I found this to be a very effective class. Jonni-Lynn sets the tone to find one's own shape within each pose, and I always finish her classes feeling better. Thank you!

I 100% agree with this comment! I've been running for 16+ years and have done this practice about 4 times - 1x/wk- and am noticing improvements! It is such a nice way to slow down as a person who uses yang so often in my life and finds it challenging to stay in any one position (comfortable or deep!) for more than a minute or two. Also as a physiotherapist, really notice and love the modifications that are abundantly offered! Thank you Sarah!

Thank you Melissa. I did this in the morning and it took my lower back pain away. I will do this class again and again. It was so therapeutic. Really loved it.
