I really love this class. It's a solid, vigorous, heat-generating practice in just a few minutes. It feels a little more like an intermediate level than beginner, on account of the plank-chaturanga-up dog sequences, but either way, I'll take it. This is in my bookmarks as a regular practice. Great work!

I’m doing the 21 day whole body challenge, but not on a daily basis. I play alot of tennis, and find yoga a great way to stretch and strengthen, normally on days I’m not playing. This class was great, and loved the focus on getting the poses right with what to focus on in each pose. I have lower back issues, but also tight muscles from playing tennis, so I have to be careful to protect my back and find classes that constantly remind you what to do, are very helpful. I have to remind myself this is yoga and not a competition! Love all the glute and core work, and great shoulder stretches too. This class will be added to my regulars! Thank you Rachel.

With Christa's classes I feel the most progress. I like the pace, the creativity and the challenge. The mantras at the end change my mood and my attitude towards life. Thank you a lot!
I would like to see more advanced classes by Christa.
Also, I would like to subscribe, but getting a credit card is currently impossible for me. Is there any other way of payment?

Lovely class, although some of the core work on my back with my legs hovering was difficult for me....hard on my back. I modified by lifting the leg(s) a smidge higher. I also would like to know if you know the name of the mudra? I would like to read more about it. Thank you!

Wonderful class! Thank you Sarah for such a wonderfully releasing class! Your voice is very calming and I loved your reminders of how this practice is helping our organs and meridians. This is the first class I’ve done with you and I plan on doing many more! Thank you for being a wonderful yoga instructor!

I feel wonderful! Thank you, Ron! Just what I needed. "More challenging beginner yoga" is accurate - perfect for me as I ease back into my practice after several years of neglect. This class is a perfect blend of balance, strength, stretch and meditation. Well done.

Fiji, I am equally delighted and horrified to see this comment: I am beside myself that you took the time to reply at all, let alone with such a thoughtful and very meaningful response. But I am horrified that I am have only just seen it and so am replying so late after the fact. I am so sorry if I appeared rude. Although funnily enough, I think I really needed to see this today. I would just like to add, you talk at the end of class of your hope of sharing light and healing and I can tell you that you have, and you do. Certainly, your stardust has reached me here in Scotland and has helped in more ways than I should probably share on a public forum on the internet. But please know your teaching has meant, and continues to mean, a great deal to me xx

Thank you Satiya. Yes, voice of molasses! Very soothing tone. Just one irritation - what's all this "allow yourself" business? I tune in to do your class because I want to do it; when you say "allow yourself" the implication is that I might be resisting. No, I only resist when you keep telling me to allow myself. Don't be offended 'cos I think you're great! Cheers.

Ron—this class came at just the right time for me. I found that I was becoming critical of myself because I was struggling with some of the classes offered as part of the 21 day strengthening challenge. I tuned into your class and felt so refreshed by your reminders about self-care, pleasure and enjoyment. It really helped me to reset my attitude and focus: Thank you for such a lovely and inspiring class.

LOL I'm so happy that this class worked for your back and shoulders. Ohhhhh! Core work is ALWAYS so tough (it never seems to get easier!) But I have a similar experience: I need to really get my core on in order to get into backbends that feel okay ;) Have an awesome day!

I love this routine! It always makes me feel calmer, more energetic, and more peaceful whether I'm having a good day or a not-so-good day! I often turn to it when I'm struggling to live from a place of love or sometimes even when I feel an overwhelming abundance of love! I guess it's just great for almost any day!

Thank you for another lovely class, I am really enjoying the 30 day beginners class. The only problem I have is that I cannot sit cross legged comfortably, I have tried and tried would you suggest I sit on my knees, but if I do this some of the poses tend to end up more like child pose.

One of the things I love about your teaching is how you introduce new concepts into routine poses. In this case, I learned how to open my shoulders more during lunging poses and warrior 2. I carry these ideas through to my other classes, enriching my yoga practice. You explain moves in a precise way that make your classes easy to follow. I am continuing with my day feeling more open, strong and stretched. Thank you!

As usual Rachel delivers what she described: Invigorating, core, deep back bend (achieved safely)

Apparently I've been slacking off. This was a lot tougher this time than the first time I did it.

I love this class because you do get a good solid core workout and it really made me stretch my often rounded shoulders back. My low back never ends up feeling pinched when I'm finished. A testament to Rachel's great instruction and method for teaching back bend.

For the other yogis who read the comments. My sage advice is don't put fish cat food down before doing yoga. But do this class if you need a good core workout and shoulder stretch. it's a pretty awesome class.
