Melissa's Bend and Stretch class would have been far more relaxing to me if I could HEAR her without straining. Even with my bluetooth earbuds connected and turned all the way up, I had difficulty--made worse by the shots of the surrounding environment rather than letting me see what she was doing. Over 58 million people in North America have hearing loss. Pleas remember us too and project your voice!

Where can I find the written words for the closing mantra . I find it easier to learn if I can see the words.

Hi , I am suffering from manic depression and have been on meds. I feel my life is not worth living and smoke like a crazy person. I need help but I am from India and such help requests, leads one to be admitted to a mental asylum. Please guide me as where can I start for meditating

This was just what I needed for a morning stretch and move. My muscles were sore from some High intensity work and this helped stretch them. Perfect. Thank you.

I'm 24 and have always had some sort of back this-or-that. My upper back has ALWAYS been tight and always the comment I receive when I get a massage. Today at work (I have two jobs and both involve a lot of upper-body and standing) my back cramped up so bad. I did a few stretches to get me through the day. BUT THIS! The release I got from this was spectacular . Thank you so much. Will have to add this as a daily regimen!

I really, really enjoyed this class. Great pacing, juicy holds that perfectly warm you up for Dancer. Not too strenuous, but just enough of a practice that you feel very grounded and warm.

Thank you so much, Rachel- this is EXACTLY what I needed for day 9 of this challenge (I'm keeping my own time with this). Being reminded of basic good form is a big help with home pratice. Feeling delightfully stretched, invigorated and awake to go into my day. Namaste. x
