I haven't done this class for many months now as my experience when I first tried this class was that I was getting irritable and exhausted from the long holds. I thought to myself that there was something I needed to learn.... Now months and a lot of strong classes by Fiji and daily meditations later I found myself enjoying this class as I felt my body grounded, strong and free. Thank you Fiji, for being right here with your movement and words of wisdom and liberation whenever I need them :-)

I don’t typically comment, but I was so moved at the end of this class, that I was compelled to write. Crista, your classes are a blessing in my life. Your teaching style, your flows, your spirituality all speak to me and have helped me grow, both in my yoga practice and as a person. I left this class feeling transcendence and gratitude for the body and life that I am blessed to enjoy. Thank you, Crista.

Love the eagle pose arm variations. I was able to access some deeper tension and lengthen it out with that pressure on the floor. Love her manner, well-cued but doesn't take it too seriously; refreshingly lightweight while physically challenging. Thanks!

This class has such creative and fun transitions. I had quite a few 'Wow, that's cool, how did I end up here?' moments. Love those roller skating poses! Definitely walked straighter and with more awareness of a renewed strength after this class. Thank you Crista :)

I've been following, and am now a subscriber, to this website for a while now but never paid attention to the chair yoga sessions. Today is Thursday - broke my leg last Friday - and I've started doing the chair yoga to help my poor "confined to sitting" back. You are filling a very important niche, David - thank you!!

This class appeared exactly at the moment I needed it today. My key takeaway was not to force awareness, but to simply let it be - something I was able to take with me after the video ended. Thank you so much for this. I'll be thrilled to practice the next two parts of this series.

This class is such a gem. I have issues with my vestibular system, and a lot of vinyasa classes make me dizzy. This class brings much needed openness and mindfulness to my day. The hip openers are perfect and leave my spine feeling tall, strong, and straight. Thank you, Satiya
