Rachel Scott explains in such great detail also what is so perfect is being able to see her body position in every angle possible to follow each position as closely as possible. SO GREAT..

Rachel scott has changed my life with these videos in particular this was filmed really well all videos should encorporate views of practice in all angles to better follow and learn from Rachel Scott. I appreciate being able to practice with her and will not stop looking forward to more great filmed practices. Thank you so much

Hi David - I'm not necessarily your target audience for this class, but as a teacher I still loved slowing a sequence down to cater for a specific type of student. My Yoga for Men classes I run locally have many that join my class and would benefit from some of these more subtle movements to realise the benefits without overstraining themselves. It can be so challenging moving in space through poses, so I really like the use of the strap through many of these poses. Really looking to practicing the lower body class next - thank you.

I found this class very calming. However, since I am totally unfamiliar with this type of yoga, I found myself having to constantly twist and look at the screen to see what he was doing. Wish I new more about this style of yoga.

Well done. Focusing on the positive aspect and not labeling your offering with a disease moniker. David you continue to align with my thinking and energy in all ways. I am most grateful for all of your gentle/senior classes - even though you yourself are not a "senior" in the physical sense, having your clear and kind instruction on so many videos is a gift. I do watch some of the other teachers, but come back to your classes as my best favorites again and again.

As an aging athlete who pushes too hard, I am searching for thoughtful, gentle, slow moving classes as this. Great class and you incorporated a few pilates/yoga movements. Moving slowly with proper alignment and detailed instruction David. Thank you very much.

I was looking forward to a new long class from Tracey, as they are always a beautiful gift. For me they feel like coming home to something I know but always finding something new that pushes my limits in a gentle way and makes me feel great. Loved it.

11/1/8 Revisiting this class - moderate pace with enough time to breathe and feel the poses, delicious stretches for the hips and hips. Soothing, grounding, and subtly energizing. Can't go wrong with one of Tracey's practices - thank you!

This class was challenging and fun. I was excited to try the arm balance and I was able to lift my ankle on top of my foot!! I wasn’t quite getting my legs to shoot out, but it felt so good to work on something new and go with where I was and not beat myself for not getting it and just enjoying the experience. The flow and the creativity of the poses were all super and my body feels open and cleansed. I just loved this whole series and could feel my body getting stronger, I was pushed to try more challenging poses, and released tight areas. Fiji is such wonderful teacher. Her instructions for all poses through out the series are so helpful. Thank you Fiji for putting this all together for all of us and sharing your gifts. Thank you to Do Yoga With Me for making this possible. Namaste <3. :-)

This class offered the perfect pace and just the right amount of challenge. A few editing issues but it shows that even the instructors aren't perfect.

That was much more intense than I expected, I'm still amazed at how the tiniest movements can cause the most intense sensations! After three days of surfing my whole upper body was incredibly tight and uncomfortable, and this class instantly helped me regain my normal range of motion, and then some. Thank you!

Thanks for this class! I was quite sleepy going into it and thought it being a restorative one it might make me more sleepy. But I actually felt a little refreshed by the time I got off the mat. I like Melissa's gentle and direct instructions.
