Sometimes when we are trying to develop a regular meditation practice, the most difficult part is finding a comfortable way to sit. Thank you so much for this, Nyk. I oftentimes have challenges sitting during longer meditations due to cranky knees, so the option you provided using the blocks under both knees would work well for me.
