In this intermediate flow, Fiji invites you to use sensation and breath to tune into the moment and into yourself. The steady pace and attention to the subtle body will allow your mind to sift through distractions and anchor your awareness in your movements and your breath.

This was a lovely slow flow meditative practice, with some challenging peak poses. I did this as a morning practice and scaled back where necessary, but found the slow steady movement perfect for me today.
