Rewarding for me, tank you!
The slow pace of this class allowed me to concentrate on sensations in my body in each pose, taking me out of my head and into the body. The background vibration added to the relaxation, putting me to sleep at the end.
It's been a long time since I last did this class, I forgot how rewarding and relaxing it is. Glad to be back here and feeling the great stretch poses.
