David shows you how to gently and thoroughly stretch the muscles of the hands, fingers, forearms, ankles, feet and toes, helping you avoid or relieve arthritis and joint inflammation. It's helpful to have a couple of blankets, a yoga block (or two) and a strap (or something similar) nearby.

Just did this with my 80-year old mother in law and she loved it! It is missing the left hand of the extended wrist exercise, just fyi.
