I just signed up. It says I need at least a couple of blocks and blankets? What are blocks? And how big should the blankets be? I REALLY WANT TO TRY THIS.

Not just for arthritis! As someone who does too much rowing and running (and is often left with a lot of forearm tightness and ankle stiffness), this felt really good! Would love to see more dedicated full-length ankle or wrist routines for athletes as well. Thank you!
I have rheumatoid arthritis and I work on my feet with my hands all day which leaves me with a lot of pain. I feel better just after doing this class once! Thank you!
