If you experience tightness or pain in your hands, wrists, ankles or feet, this class will help you find relief. David shows you how to gently and thoroughly stretch the muscles of the hands, fingers, forearms, ankles, feet and toes, helping you avoid or relieve arthritis and joint inflammation. It's helpful to have a couple of blankets, a yoga block (or two) and a strap (or something similar) nearby.

Thank you for this daily practice, David :) it's been making a very noticeable difference! My body thanks you.
To anyone that knows- do the knees need individual attention as well or does a regular yoga practice address the knee joints adequately?

You're welcome! That's great! Yes, I could also do a class on the knees, although many classes on this site do a pretty good job.

Thanks, the reason I joined back with Do yoga with me is because of you. I love your therapy for the body. I teach a lot of people in their 60, 70, 80. Plus it helps me out as well.
