David shows you how to gently and thoroughly stretch the muscles of the hands, fingers, forearms, ankles, feet and toes, helping you avoid or relieve arthritis and joint inflammation. It's helpful to have a couple of blankets, a yoga block (or two) and a strap (or something similar) nearby.

Hello I am a DYWM member, just so you know, this is the second time that I have to log in to your website first to find the daily practice, because when I click from your email START CLASS link it shows an Error 404 message.
It may be very inconvient for other participants.

Just did this with my 80-year old mother in law and she loved it! It is missing the left hand of the extended wrist exercise, just fyi.
