This short practice with Julia is all about the lungs, oxygen and prana! As space becomes limited in our bodies, it’s important to take time to breathe for ourselves and for baby. You can try it seated on a chair or on your mat.

A-Mazing. I am a curvy lady who loves yoga, and adores stretching. But, I have some limitations that sometimes makes Yoga inaccessible. This was the antithesis of the last instructor I followed - and I feel empowered instead of dejected. I can't wait to do more with Julia!

Just what I needed in the final days of my pregnancy. Thank you, Julia! Both of your videos have been a beautiful help to me.
