This stretch is often called a ‘posterior hand clasp’ or, in yoga, it’s the upper part of cow face pose (gomukhasana). This pose stretches both of your arms - the triceps and serratus anterior in the upper arm and the biceps and rotator cuff in the lower arm.

How do you position the hands in the back? Are they like fists? Are they facing in any particular direction?
Ideally they're holding onto one another, or onto a sock or strap. The top hand is facing toward the body, the lower hand away from the body.
I really love the intense focus balanced with a gentle pace - feels wonderful!
