So relaxing! This is my first class with Helen and I loved it! She is so welcoming and soothing.
Keyboard workers and smartphone addicts like me need classes that add a few hand stretches added to a general class. It's more motivating than a full "Yoga for your hands and wrists" video.

This was wonderful! I was very glad to be alone here with my cat because i was making all kinds of funny sounds and Helen’s comments were making me giggle. Loved it!
