After a hot bath and just before bed - just what the doctor ordered. Thank you so much Helen for your clear, supportive guidance and inspiration 🙏🏼

Well guided! Said reassuring things that resonated and helped rid my doubtful thoughts. This will become part of my bedtime routine.

Keyboard workers and smartphone addicts like me need classes that add a few hand stretches added to a general class. It's more motivating than a full "Yoga for your hands and wrists" video.

This is a fabulous practice!! It’s great to give the feet some love in addition to all the other poses. Great cues, also.
