After being unwell for a period of time and unable to practice daily yoga, AND having a very sore neck, I really appreciated this lovely class. I experienced no lack of poses ' on second side' as per a previous comment. A lovely full body stretch given slowly with calm/soft direction. Thank you Julia!

I love the calm voice, the slow sequence, and thoughtfulness about the connections among the rest of the neck and the body. I have to pause the video twice because of missing poses on second sides. At 17:20, the twist toward the knees is missing on the second side. At 25:00, the stretch with the knee and foot tracking away at an angle are missing on the second side. When those pieces are added back in, this sequence provides wonderful full-body care with thoughtful recognition of the mind's role as well.
