Great class. Had been expecting for something like that for a long time. I have very low energy during menstruation and it's nice being able to practice. I'ts not only about picking a class with a low pace, the asanas have to focus on giving space to the pelvis, as is the case. Enjoyed it very much and will come back to it every month. Thank you!
