Thank you, Rachel! I've also felt the "pokiness" of knees in the back of the arms. This is a much better (for me) method, and I am able to straighten my arms this way, too.
Thank you for showing both possible knee placements (the knees outside has always been more accessible to me). Over the years, I have been in classes where I was told one or the other was “wrong.”
My body says NO!
at 12 minutes you are lifting your hips and thats just not going to happen. I didn't see another way so I gave up.
