Love this class. I have a really bad back and have found this class to be the perfect length. I really like the way Melissa explains everything. I am a 66 year old kayak fisherman and I find this helps my back and the rest of me 100 % Thanks Melissa

What a beautiful class!!!! It left me feeling very calm and centered. I never did blossoming lotus - beautiful pose and fun to do!! Also, I never squeezed with my hand during fire log. That brought the pose to another level. You prepared us well for full lotus. Thank you so much, Jonni-Lyn!!!

Great sequencing Tracey! I have a bit of trouble keeping my knees up on the triceps during the crow variations. Easier when I squeeze the knees towards the elbbows….
