Thank you for this relaxing and heart opening session. I am a new subscriber who does not have time to go to a yoga studio. Doyogawithme allows me to practice my yoga within the confort of my home, which is convenient and easy. I very much enjoy this gentle yoga session as it made me get back in touch with my breathing and my body.

After a short yoga hiatus, this was the perfect re-entry. Gentle with some quiet challenges built into the flow. Thanks, Tracey.

I went to comment after completing this practice, and realized I had already done so. I am improving in my crow pose which is fun but I love the mental aspect of this practice so much - the balance between feeling secure in a base rooted down to the earth but being able to simultaneously hold a feeling of lightness in the upper parts of the body and mind. Thanks Fiji!

I had broken my wrist two month ago and had two K-wires inserted and just a week ago taken out. My hand was so stiff and I could barely move it and this was the first video I came across, that offered alternatives good enough that I did not feel like I'm hurt, injured or any less able, yet it still has me work towards a healthy and fully recovered wrist. Thank you very very much for this!

I also loved this! So strengthening (I have a slight body and not much arm strength) and lots of joy! Feel energised and buoyant on finishing. Thank you, Christa. Your classes are radiant.

Just what my husband and I needed after a difficult week. This is our first class with Guy. We found it to be truly therapeutic. Nice opening with the bells, clear instructions, relaxed but steady pace. My husbands headache vanished and I felt like a new person.
Looking forward to more of your classes!

Thanks Guy!

I'm 35yo and have been doing yoga for years. This gentle upper body stretching felt great this morning when i was feeling sore from yesterday's workout.
This class is straight-forward (no yoga jargon used here) and accessible to everyone. As David mentions, owning a mat and strap is not necessary, since you can replace the strap with anything rope-like that's about 4 feet long.

Love it, Exactly what i needed for my injuries. I have been doing yoga off and on for years and i usually figure out a modification on my own but i approached class with a beginner mind, which is always good. We all have our challenges, I just want to put it out there that regardless of what size your body is, if you are a beginner or dealing with sports injuries, totally check this class out, Thank you

Every time I rediscover this video, I am blown away by how much it blows out the cobwebs in my shoulders and neck. Glorious. Found it this time via the 30 Day Empowerment Challenge for beginners as I try to start challenging myself again. Thank you for it.

I really enjoyed this class...reading through the comments, I wish I had just practiced with playing with standard crow, I just didn't think of it at the time! I'm a long way from side crow, but standard may have been more fun for me to play with. This was great- even after a busy day!

Thank you, Melissa, for this great class. Even though it is designed for bed time I have found it extremely useful for mornings also, when I wake up feeling like I have been scrunched up all night in bed. It helps to open up my body and relax it for the day ahead. Namaste.
