First time taking this particular class. David, you never cease to amaze me. Your gentle persuasion guides me to places I didn't think I could go. I will be 70 later this year and I realize that your yoga classes are absolutely essential for me. I see so many of my older family members who have not continued to stretch and strengthen and how it is sadly leading to pain and dysfunction. Whenever I complete one of your classes I realize how much I need to continue my practice. Everything seems brighter and more positive. I have taken yoga classes from various places in the past but never have I received the full benefit that your classes provide. It is a total mind, body, spirit experience like no other. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wow... not only the best prenatal class I have taken, but also one of the best yoga sessions. Well put together, no mistakes in wording or missing anything on either side (pet peeves of mine). I feel amazing, this hit every spot I needed it to hit. First digital class I have wanted to download, I will be doing this one for the rest of my pregnancy. Please do more :)

This was a fantastic class getting into parts we don’t usually get to in many yin classes. I did find all the instruction somewhat distracting especially during savasana. I personally would have enjoyed less instruction, which would have allowed more of a meditative practice for me.

Another deceptively laid back but sweat inducing practice. Love the detailed instructions and reminder to breath. Sounds simple but I keep forgeting to work on my steady breathing. Thank you.

Wonderful back health series! I've suffered for decades with chronic lower back pain. Over the years, I have found relief after learning that my quads needed stretching as well as my psoas muscles. This 2-part series fits right into my back health maintenance practice. I've used it when I was in pain (I proceeded very gently and listened) as well as when I have no pain. David's slow, clear guidance makes all the difference. "Treat your body like a sensitive instrument." :) Many thanks, David!

Enjoyed this style and Jonni-Lyn's instructions, esp the intention at the beginning, the chanting, the variations.
Found the breath counts a bit too fast for my breath - hmmm.
But will revisit and bookmarked.
