Pilates: Level 2 Class 3

Intermediate III

Kim ramps it up in this challenging level 2 pilates class that is part of a class series that teaches you how to progress in pilates, from the fundamentals to flows like this one, that work your whole body in a thorough, tough, satisfying way. Getting stronger and stronger while stabilizing the core is so fulfilling and nothing makes your back feel better than pilates (outside of yoga :-))!

I haven't done Pilates in awhile so this was a nice challenge and Kim had an exercise that I had not done before. This is a nice compliment to yoga!

Love that there are videos on here like Pilates to kick it up a notch and work my core on days when I am feeling more energetic...As someone who cross trains, this is so awesome to have...Love a quick and dirty core workout Cheers

I enjoyed this class and Kim the instructor but video kept stalling at intervals and I had to push the button to continue the video. :-(

Hi Aschane Just letting you know it isn't limited to this video...At home I get that problem with the videos from time to time...Really funny when it happens in Yin because of the slower pace anyhow...I often find if I reboot my computer, that it will go away...I just did this video and there were no pauses
