Thank you for this practice, Kathy. May I suggest that the filming take place from an angle that enables us to see your movements. There is a segment involving leg and shoulder activity and our view is obstructed.
I'm such a yogi... Pilates just serves to remind me how much I love yoga! This was fine - and nothing against Kathi at all - but I'm going back to my yoga classes now. :-)
if you do not know pilates speak hard to follow and video kept on stopping
