Good quick, challenging workout but the straight-on camera angle for an extended time in the middle of the class was less than ideal for seeing the poses.

Great class Kathy! Thanks. That was a good whole body workout, great for my obliques! I will keep coming back to this, it’s short enough to be squeezed into the am routine before work.
