This was a nice change during the 30 day challenge. Pilates breathing always confuses me, but I appreciated the workout.
Did this class as part of the 30 day daily yoga challenge. Having never had any contact with Pilates before, I was nicely surprised by it; I loved Kathi’s energy and the workout was delicious. Probably will look more into Pilates now.
