November promises to be an exciting month this year. Yes, you read that correctly. Exciting! Whether you are re-entering lockdown or adjusting to the political fallout of the US election, there is the opportunity to use the impositions of your external circumstances to your advantage. Exactly how... well that is up to you. Leave your exciting November plans in the comments below! Whatever your plans and whatever your circumstances, remember the breath. Fear is just excitement without the breath. 



This month, because the world feels a bit crazy and uncertain right now, instead of running a poll we are checking in with how everyone is doing.

We have re-opened our beloved Sangha Sessions and are asking the question 'How are you and what are you doing to cope?'

    Julia Crouch Prenatal Yoga | DoYogaWitheDoYogaWithMe is thrilled to welcome Julia Crouch to our teaching roster.

    Julia recently completed her RYT 500 and when she is off the mat, she is the very busy mom of two little ones!

    Her focus is on supporting women’s health—particularly through prenatal yoga.

    Julia offers moms-to-be a duo of meditations to help prepare body and mind for labor.

    This class was initially a livestream, but due to techincal issues, we have refilmed it as a regular yoga class - This hour long flow taps into the wisdom of the inner body. Mudra, alongside breathwork and asana are explored as we return to listening to the inner voice. All levels welcome!

    Feeling too buzzy and busy? Connect to the present in this half hour practice from Tracey. Take a slow flow featuring forward folds and gentle twists. 
    Creating Space

    When the world around you is taking up all your attention, it's time to create space within. This practice from Tracey is a gentle, dedicated opening of the shoulders, hips and side-body. It culminates with the arm balance of bakasana.


    Yoga for Kids | 30 min | Beginner I
                         Instructor: Alyssa Jean Klazek
    This family friendly yoga class is suitable for children ages 5 to 12. Alyssa Jean starts practice by connecting breath to movement. Then she warms up the body with balances and core strengthening postures, before winding things down with cooling, restorative poses.

                        Instructor: Satiya Channer
    Take a quick break from your day and join Satiya for this self-grounding meditation. 

    Slow Flow | 25 min | Intermediate I 
                        Instructor: Tracey Noseworthy
    Press pause and gift yourself the medicine of a few moments of peace in this practice from Tracey. Tracey will steady your focus via both meditation and movement. 
    Vinyasa Yoga | 42 min | Intermediate II
                        Instructor: Jonni-Lyn Friel
    This slow and steady flow from Jonni-Lyn connects you with the breath and tunes you in to your body. Featuring plenty of rolling movements and a focus on hip-opening and seated poses, this class is sure to you loosen up!
