Monthly Update Mar 2020

After the rare February leap-day, we leapt right into March. Soon it will officially be the first day of spring and the harbinger of hope, for Northeners. The frozen and lifeless days of winter will have finally passed. The skies will be full of geese returning and like them, our hopes and fitness aspirations begin to soar. For those in the Southern hemisphere, March was a leap back to fall but the global constant is the care for our body, mind and spirits. Remember, this month gives you two extra days to complete your monthly challenges, so grab your mats and get started!
