Sarah-Jane guides you through some simple postures to practice in the third trimester. These postures will stretch the psoas and other contributory muscles of pregnancy and labor, and can be used up to, and including the day that you give birth.
Such a lovely practice to relax and wind down and both mentally and physically prepare for labor and birth. Thank you Sarah-Jane! I started doing the class being 31 weeks pregnant, along with other pre-natal classes, but come back to this one for a calm and beautiful moment.
Sarah! Im 33 weeks pregnant and due to special circumstances will have to give birth at 36 weeks. Thank you so much for these poses and movements. This will help so much when the time comes. Exactly what I was looking for! Hope things are going well for you and your new babe <3
Thank you Sarah-Jane for such a lovely, educational, and (at times) challenging practice. I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my first and am planning a home birth, so I can't wait to put these moves into practice! Namaste. :)
Hello Rhea! I was 39 weeks here and DEFINITELY it challenged me ha ha! Just take breaks and pause it along the way. I sure had to pause as we filmed. I think that's very healthy and normal to do. Have a lovely birth.
