this class took me into a deep place... i very much appreciated the quiet and found nyk's sparce comments and guidance to be just right. so thankful for this practice and would love to see more intermediate full length yin classes

Love, love, love Nyk and all her classes but especially this one and happy hips! So relaxing and helps with my aches and pains. Also I can do this anytime. I just got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and plan to do a lot of yin yoga for the next few days. Grateful to be able to recover with this beautiful class. Please make more!!! :)

This was my Christmas Gift! I have done many times the Happy Hips with Nyk but never a complete class. Absolutely wonderful. I could feel so tension in my body dissolving little by little. Grateful for the time I have to give myself this treat. Thanks, Nyk.
