Love, love, love Nyk and all her classes but especially this one and happy hips! So relaxing and helps with my aches and pains. Also I can do this anytime. I just got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and plan to do a lot of yin yoga for the next few days. Grateful to be able to recover with this beautiful class. Please make more!!! :)

This was my Christmas Gift! I have done many times the Happy Hips with Nyk but never a complete class. Absolutely wonderful. I could feel so tension in my body dissolving little by little. Grateful for the time I have to give myself this treat. Thanks, Nyk.

Wonderful class, thank you. I felt so stretched out afterwards. So calming too. I appreciated the adjustment for sore knees too. Please have more of this level Yin classes!

This might be the best yoga class I have ever taken. I cannot express enough my gratitude. I've been under so much stress and knowingly ignoring my practice. I finally woke up today and said, to myself, "This is sick! you're ignoring your body completely." I knew I needed some deep yin to loosen up my fascia and my spirit. The length of time you let us spend in each pose is amazing. Even after about 4 months off my game, I was actually able to find release here. Meaningful release. PLEASE make about 10 more videos just like this lol. Love!

This is a wonderful practice if you can find the time. While Intermediate, I would think a person who has done YIN at least a couple of times can do this practice. Nic is wonderful at her guidance and there is a lot of reflection/quiet time which is really nice in a YIN practice. I would recommend the props if you have issues / need support.

Wow Nyk, seriously WOW! I am completely loose now. I don't think I have a tight spot anywhere in my body. So relaxed like after a good massage or sitting in a very nice and hot bath. This is amazing! Thank you thank you thank you!! You're awesome! Namaste
