I have neck and shoulder issues from using a computer every day, this practice provides a lot of relief and spaciousness, perfect for starting my day and setting body awareness. Just skip the side crow peak pose if your body is already aggravated. Those side twist stretches right beforehand feel GREAT and are worth holding! Thank you Fiji for another invigorating, well rounded, and supportive practice.

Nice class with a Satiya's calming voice. Unfortunately, I continue to struggle with restorative yoga. After holding even a gentle stretch for more than 30 seconds or so, the intensity starts building to uncomfortable and beyond. It doesn't take long for my muscles to start contracting protectively instead of relaxing, and I need to come out of the pose to avoid injury. I wasn't able to hold any of the poses in this class for the recommended duration. Any advice on how to overcome this?

Satiya you are THE BEST!!! When are you going to put some more classes us please? This was just what I needed today. Broken toe means no autumn walks for now and this class didn’t impact on it at all. Thank you so much.
