Interesting flow and I appreciated the opportunity to practice my headstand! I can’t do side crow so I did the stretch and then a regular crow (both times) which worked out just fine. I feel wrung out in a healthy way! Thank you!

Thanks for this!! Exactly what I need to do for a very tight right side of neck (I like doing other all over movement classes so always put off these gentler ones which I actually need !) I'm trying now to explore all the neck and shoulder classes to try and loosen that right side. I always enjoy your classes, thank you.

Thank you, Melissa for another beautiful class. Although I usually seek intermediate classes, I enjoy your beginner classes in this challenge very much. Without the challenge I probably wouldn´t have tried them, but now I am happy to have found them and will include them regularly in my yoga practice.

I really enjoyed this practice. Flowing slowly you get yourself in some more challenging poses but quite gently. Thank you, Guy!

This is a very good class and quite challenging. When you take people through unusual poses it might be wise to have students face the front of the mat so they can see what you are doing. Many of us are more visually oriented. I had to stop the video a few times to turn around and see what you are doing. Thank you for the challenge!

The cue to "pull the spine forward" is pretty much opposite what I've been doing forever, ha! This is very helpful, and felt great - happy to have a new way to access this pose. Oh, and bringing the big toes together is a good reminder as I often forget about them!

The opening image scared me—definitely not a level 3, but I could do a lot of this class. I love the spirit Ms. Friel brings.

I usually don't write reviews for videos but I'm compelled to write this in case there is someone else on this planet as stubborn as I am. I am NEVER habitually angry and tend to release emotions fairly easily. Over the past 3 days I have been holding this anger inside of me. There are several reasons why I should be angry but I couldn't understand why I couldn't just let the anger go this time. After 3 days of going back and forth about this video angrily thinking "it's not gonna do anything I'm just going to be pissed at the end of this" I finally did the thing. After the first breathing technique I started crying and thought "I have no idea why I am crying get it together" and I did. After the second technique I sobbed for 5 minutes on my mat in child's pose. After which whatever had been possessing me to be angry constantly was gone. I'm still not fully sure what happened but this ACTUALLY worked to release my anger and I can see now there are some much deeper things I need to work out that the anger was hiding inside of me. Just want to share because I was a huge skeptic going into this and am a huge believer coming out of it.

Thank you, but I have a question: When you do the contractions you start with a half breath, and then do you do a little inhale and exhale within the contractions? How is the counting for the contractions?

Wow! Others would put this in an hour long class! Very nicely guided. I feel awake and curious now. Thank you very much Fiji.

This class is amazing. I was feeling anxious for the past few days and this really helped me understand how to move past some deeply held anxieties in my body. Thank you David for your amazing yoga therapy!
