If I'm not mistaken, this is one of Fiji's older classes on DYWM. And yet, I return to it regularly. I just graduated from a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and always find inspiration (and perspiration) in Fiji's classes. I struggle with the balance postures and this allowed me to continue that journey with hope, a smile and some growth.

A kind, gentle session that allowed me to start appropriately easing back into my yoga practice. I feel wonderful. Thank you. <3

This was a tough one for me mentally--the physical grounding of the postures were amazing but my mind kept teasing the edge of release--I even stopped and started it over at the very beginning because I caught myself going down a dark rabbit hole of self-digust and doubt as we sat and just felt our breath move through the body. Classes like these are so important for reminding ourselves to meet our Self in the middle between the two extremes. To find, as Fiji puts it, "a voice that's not telling and a voice that isn't faint".

Great class. Lots of good work.

I love the sequence, but there was a strange electronic noise in the background (not sure if it was part of the music or not) for much of the video. Despite really liking this sequence, I won't do this one again!

What a gift. I came to DYWM looking for pranayama, but I didn't realize until I started doing David's classes that what I really needed was relaxation. I had no idea how much my body longed for it. The long, deep relaxations in this class are so beneficial. I don't think I could keep up with the pranayama without them. Nobody does relaxation like David! I am so grateful.

Loved this back-to-basics class with David. Sitting with core strength is so essential throughout the day.
Plus so many 'basic' stretches, done right and in a clear, relaxed manner.
Happy I took the class, and will revisit.

I must say I totally agree. This was difficult and I totally couldn’t even begin to do the last arm pose. I struggle to find classes which are not too easy beginner classes and ones which are intermediate which
I can finish. Oh were there a category in between! That said I did learn a lot from what I was able to do.

Rachel is one of my favorite instructors and I have had lots of Aha! moments with her cures and also have felt very peaceful/settled after some classes. This was technically very helpful, with good tips on how to strengthen arms, establish wrist connections and get "lift" in poses. Even though I learned a lot, it lacked the magic of some Rachel classes. Seemed intermediate to me.

I cannot explain how amazing this felt. I have this exam today, felt very nervous about it and this, I mean, it was just perfect...

I've only just back into yoga after tearing a quad muscle. This one is great because it gives you time to assess each move and consider the impact on any injury.
