One of the most common cues a yoga teacher brings into a class is to use the ujjayi breath. If you're not quite sure how to do it, this tutorial simplifies it so you know when you're doing it right. Once you learn it, ujjayi pranayama is a fantastic breathing technique to use throughout a yoga class, since it helps you deepen and control your breathing.

This video is part of a breath-training series - the video before it is The 3-Part Breath and the video after it is The Rhythmic Breath.
