Gradually sink into a deep relaxation by dissolving the tension in your body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. David guides you gently and skillfully as you scan your body and learn to let go completely.
I am new to meditation and I found these very relaxing. Two things, though...at first I found myself falling asleep, waking to a new part of body, but still feeling so relaxed. Is this normal? Then, About 2/3 of the way through, my restless legs started to bother me. I tried to ignore the feeling, then changed the position of my legs, but that urge to move my legs soon became distracting. Any advice on how to deal with this?
Good to hear! Yes, falling asleep is common. It's nothing to worry about. In regards to the restless legs, have you tried keeping your attention on the sensations in your legs while they feel restless? Just be curious, and have the intention of feeling beyond the 'restless legs' label.
I can't get this to play past focusing on the muscle of the right foot. It's probably because our internet service in the north isn't very good, Any other ideas to help me get the recording to play? Thank you very much.
Hi there.
Yeah, if your internet is slow you could have trouble streaming this.
There is a chance that it's your browser though. Try streaming on a different browser and pause the track for a minute or so before playing it through, so it has a chance to load.
Cheers,
David
This is the Best relaxation audio I have ever experienced. David has done an Amazing job in creating this audio. Everyone of the tapes I've listened to on this site have been excellent too, but this one has been the really stands out. Thank you so much David!
Not relaxing at all! I tried and stayed with it for a while but the haunting, weird, and uneven and jarring 'music' was too annoying and became distracting. Too bad, bc i did like the talking part.
Unfortunately the meditations are in the wrong order. I did not notized that before and started with IV :D
But they seem to be quite similar so it doesnt matter.
It was really relaxing though
I just wanted to let you know that I have listened your advice I have tried this same meditation 3 times after and every time I stay focused longer and longer. Just listening your voice. Almost did it till the end last time but got nervous in the end. Tommorow I'm doing it again and hope to complete it. Thank you so much for the reply although I can't find it here but have it my email :)

I like these and the Nidra Meditations when I need guidance shutting down the mind and getting my body to chill. Bravo David.

Right, thanks for pointing that out. I've put them in the correct order now.

They show up reversed for me as well. No big deal, but thought I would relay that to you.
The order is still off for me. Otherwise everything is great.
