The verbal cues throughout the class supported me greatly. When I was in an awkward pose it wasn't possible to look at the screen to see Fiji so the cues really were of enormous help. Thank you for making my day so much brighter Fiji.

Anastasia's voice is comfortably soft, very suitable for a relaxing session.
