This is a superior explanation of what has been bothering my shoulders for over a year. !!! TY DAVID!! You not only explained it incredibly well, but you gave me a program for how to heal and improve my shoulder/back function.
Both of these videos are awesome for righting what went wrong with my right shoulder, but I would love to see these redone with multiple camera angles to show how the back and shoulders look when correct and incorrect.
I feel my scapula jutting upward as I try to lower, is that the feeling I should have?
Thank you! This has echos of ancient physical therapy (so good to be reminded), and will be very helpful not only for yoga but also my bokken work in aikido.
