This short core workout with Eddy focuses on building the internal muscles in the core to build stabilizing muscles. This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of Thrive in 2025 Yoga Challenge. You can find Day 14 here.

This class explores our ability to support ourselves in a way that creates a foundation of inner trust, stability, and security for the body and mind. You will learn to listen to your inner teacher and let your whispers of wisdom guide you through this flow. Energize your body and move your breath through transitions and longer holds while we build upon lunge, triangle, and half moon. Repetition allows for extra space inside your twists toward the end of class. Leave feeling spacious, rooted, and ready for the day! Newton’s Third Law states that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. How does this pertain to our bodies and yoga postures? Can we access Newton’s third law and apply it to our practice to bring depth, expansion, and ease? With an overarching curiosity/intention of bringing peace into our bodies at a time when volumes of news speak to the disease of our time.  This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 of Thrive in 2025 Yoga Challenge. You can find Day 5 here. Figure four stretch, often called thread the needle or FABER, doesn’t only have to be done on your back! In this class Julia invites you to have fun with some creative flows while you open your hips in your figure fours. Power and strength are our focus as we play with the intention of “I can, I am and I’m able”. Hips, core, and side body are open as we lift up and into Bakasana followed by the balance in Hastapadangushthasana.
