    This class is designed to help athletes during training to 1) prevent injuries, and 2) prepare and recover quickly and effectively. David, a lifelong athlete, massage therapist and yoga teacher, teaches you how to release the most important muscle groups in an efficient and effective way, giving your body what it needs to stay healthy. The primary muscles that he focuses on include your hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, piriformis and IT band.
