A got to for me especially healing chronic pain. I have habituated body patterns that wreak havoc on my hips. I return again and again to release negative thoughts and realize my true capacity.

I’ve been trying the different meditations on this site and find all to help me relax my body and mind to be present and free of life’s worries for a moment. I feel this meditation especially in my body and I am totally relaxed by the end. I keep meditating for a few minutes longer on my own, which I usually a struggle for me do. I’m practicing meditation more on a daily basis with the help of doyogawithme. It has helped me with symptoms of anxiety and depression that I have struggled with most of my adult life. Better than any medication I’ve tried!!! Such a gift!
