This is wonderful. Been with you since September 2020. You have great videos for everything, and so many different kinds of yoga and meditation. I already did the original Anxiety Series and it was wonderful, I did it twice. It is an excellent course. I am so glad that you are doing this as well. I find it very helpful. This explanation is a great help. With the slowing down of my energy level I felt a sense of relief. The big challenge will to remember to do this technique throughout the day.

Thank you! I did not know that about anxiety - that it's high-level vibrational energy. That perspective helps me to understand what is going on. (I think also that's why driving long distances can increase anxiety; driving also seems to create that high-level nervous energy.) I will practice the technique you suggested! Thank you for preparing this series.
