I have always had problems doing this pose. I do have an injured left shoulder and will pay attention to my hand and shoulder position. Thank you very much.

This was a phenomenal instruction on how to do Chaturanga correctly. All beginners should watch this video before practicing. Rachel is one of my favorite instructors. Super clear instruction. A must see is also the pigeon pose video!!

Thank you very much for teaching how to do this very challenging pose right, many people I know, ,including myself are not doing it right and then cause pain in the shoulders. The instructions are so simple and clear and easy-to understand. Thank you

I wondered why I had so much trouble with his pose and pain in my shoulders. I've placed my hands too far away causing not only shoulder pain but elbow pain. I can't thank everyone dedicated to this site more! Because of all of you I'm making healthy changes in 2016 and feeling less mid life joint pain. Thank you so much.

Thank you for helping me to understand Chaturanga for the first time. I can't tell you how much I wish I had seen this tutorial before I developed bad habits and achy shoulders! Thanks also for the variations as I will have to use the half version until I work up my strength to do a full Chaturanga properly.
