I have always had problems doing this pose. I do have an injured left shoulder and will pay attention to my hand and shoulder position. Thank you very much.
This was a phenomenal instruction on how to do Chaturanga correctly. All beginners should watch this video before practicing. Rachel is one of my favorite instructors. Super clear instruction. A must see is also the pigeon pose video!!
