I used to do regular Ashtanga Yoga but the past 10 years have been hard on my body, with lots of manual work, injuries and no time to look after myself. This class feels like a great way to help heal the most recent injuries and get back into yoga & looking after myself. I'd have appreciated a few more seconds to breath in some of the later postures to maintain the slow regular breathing. I think I'll be returning to this class regularly as I recover.

David,
I first came to DYWM close to 9 years ago searching for relief from hip and lower back pain. I randomly found your video for just that. It helped me so much and was the start of my yoga journey that continues today. Through your program, I earned my 200 hr teacher certification in May of 2023 and am now sharing what I've learned with others. Recently spending a lot of time with my 11 month old granddaughter got my lower back and hip jammed-up again. I did this pressure point class today and wow, HUGE difference in how I'm feeling now. It is officially part of my self-care tool box. Thank you!

Definitely a slower pace from Fiji, and it is amazing. The practice flew by, and it was over almost before it started, but I (almost) couldn't ask for more. Thank you :)

Thank you Basha for such a wonderful class! I loved your deepening cues and the slow gentle pace, both of which led to a lovely leg rinse out! I've had some funkiness in my right leg/hip this week, so this class was perfect!

Wonderful sequencing! Movement is very slow but I felt deep muscle activation and stretch; it leaves you feeling relaxed and wrung out.
